Job Overview:
Lead the overall logistics strategy, manage multi-functional teams, optimise operations, ensure compliance, and enhance supply chain performance across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute logistics strategy and KPIs.
- Lead and mentor logistics, warehouse, and transport teams.
- Manage warehousing, transportation, inventory, and 3PL partners.
- Optimise inventory levels and support demand planning.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety protocols.
- Implement logistics software and system integrations.
- Prepare performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
