Senior logistics leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations while driving efficiency and cost optimisation.

Job Overview:

Lead the overall logistics strategy, manage multi-functional teams, optimise operations, ensure compliance, and enhance supply chain performance across Zambia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute logistics strategy and KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor logistics, warehouse, and transport teams.
  • Manage warehousing, transportation, inventory, and 3PL partners.
  • Optimise inventory levels and support demand planning.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safety protocols.
  • Implement logistics software and system integrations.
  • Prepare performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
