Anita Tembo
Anita Tembo joined Karan in Zambia in 2020, initially tasked with managing a fleet of 10 trucks. Over the course of four years, Tembo demonstrated exceptional skills in fleet management, logistics coordination, and operational efficiency. Under her leadership, the fleet she manages has grown exponentially, expanding from the initial 10 trucks to an impressive 109 trucks. Mehul Sheth
Mehul Sheth embarked on his career with Karan in 2021, starting as the General Manager for operations in Mozambique. In this role, he showed remarkable leadership and business acumen, effectively managing the company’s interests in the country. His outstanding performance and strategic contributions to the Mozambique market did not go unnoticed. In recognition of his achievements, Sheth was promoted to the position of Managing Director for Mozambique in 2023. Efile Jonathan
Efile Jonathan became part of the Karan family in 2021, starting his journey as a Station Manager at Golf Maisha in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). From the beginning, Jonathan showed exceptional management skills and a strong work ethic. His ability to efficiently run operations and handle high-pressure situations quickly set him apart. Currently, Jonathan is responsible for managing two of the busiest stations in the company’s network. Nisarg Shah
Nisarg Shah has been an integral part of Karan since its inception, joining the company in 2020. He initially took on the role of CEO for Logistics operations in Zambia, where he demonstrated exceptional skills in managing complex supply chains and transportation networks. Shah’s expertise and strategic vision in logistics led to his promotion in 2024 to the position of Africa Logistics Head. In this expanded role, he now oversees the entire logistics operations across the African continent, playing a crucial part in Karan’s expansion and efficiency improvements throughout the region.
Uwineza Diane
Uwineza Diane began her career with Karan in January 2022, starting as a pump attendant in Rwanda. In this role, she quickly distinguished herself through her exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. Diane’s outstanding performance and leadership potential did not go unnoticed, and in a remarkably short span of just six months, she was promoted to the position of station manager in July 2022. Shaswat Karki
Shaswat Karki joined Karan in 2020, taking on the role of Finance Controller for the company’s operations in Rwanda.
