Job Overview:
Oversees daily retail station operations, ensures efficient fuel supply, drives customer retention and acquisition, manages shortages and credit control, and maintains operational and system compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead retail teams and ensure station SOP compliance.
- Monitor sales, dispatches, and daily performance dashboards.
- Manage fuel supply, stock levels, and shortage control.
- Handle customer relationships and acquire new clients.
- Drive OMS/POS/ERP system training and compliance.
- Oversee debtor management and enforce credit limits.
- Track shortages, investigate variances, and implement controls.
- Coordinate maintenance and ensure site hygiene, branding, and equipment uptime.
